"Surprisingly Clean Cabin, Even Though I Was Skeptical After Paying"
I flew with Air Asia last week and, to be honest, I was a bit distrustful after paying because with budget airlines you never really know what you’re going to get. But I was actually pleasantly surprised. The cabin was cleaner than I expected, the seats, tray table, and window area all looked wiped down, with no crumbs or sticky spots. Even the toilet was in decent condition during the flight, which definitely isn’t always the case. Overall, it turned out better than I expected. Good job.

"Boarding with AirAsia was mostly easy…"
Boarding with airasia was mostly easy and pretty much on time, which is all I usually hope for. The staff were calling the groups clearly, so that helped, though the line near the gate got a little jumbled for a while. I remember thinking it might turn into one of those slow, annoying boarding situations, but it actually kept moving. So yeah, a bit messy here and there, but not stressful at all.

"AirAsia Made the Baggage Info More Annoying Than It Needed to Be"
I booked through airasia and, to be fair, the baggage rules weren’t impossible to find. The add-on prices showed up before I paid, which I did appreciate. But airasia should make it way easier to compare cabin bags and checked bags without making customers click around like that. It felt unnecessarily annoying for something so basic. Overall it was clear enough, but they’re definitely to blame for making the process more frustrating than it needed to be

I was able to find the route I needed really quickly, which I appreciated. that’s how it should be, people shouldn’t have to waste time fighting with confusing directions when they’re just trying to get where they need to go.

I had to cancel my flight and, i was kind of expecting the refund process to be a headache. But it went smoothly through Air Asia. They sent me email updates along the way, and the money showed up in my account faster than I thought it would. I just followed the steps online and that was it. No big drama, which was a nice surprise

"Pretty decent flight with AirAsia"
Flew airasia last week the cabin crew were really nice. Boarding was kind of rushed, like everyone was suddenly in a hurry, but once I got on the plane it felt fine. One of the crew helped me get my bag into the overhead without acting annoyed or making it awkward, which I appreciated. The food took a while to come out, probably because the flight was full, and yeah, I was starting to wonder when it was coming. But the crew still stayed calm and polite the whole time. Not a perfect flight or anything, but overall it was good enough for me.

"Pretty decent for a budget airline"
I’ve flown with AirAsia a few times this year, the schedules have been mostly fine. One flight did leave about 20 minutes late, which wasn’t ideal, but we still landed close to the original time, so it wasn’t a big deal in the end. For a budget airline, I really can’t complain too much, you kind of know what you’re signing up for anyway. I’d give them 4 stars.

I called airasia.com support because I had a booking issue, i was already bracing myself for a long wait. Weirdly enough, I got through faster than expected. The agent was helpful and didn’t overcomplicate things, which I really appreciated because booking problems can get messy fast. Anyway, they fixed it, I hung up feeling relieved, and the whole thing was much smoother than I thought it would be
